Ultimate Team Quest is a physical challenge gymkhana designed to strengthen collaboration and team spirit. Participants are divided into teams to tackle challenges that encourage them to work together and trust in their teammates’ abilities to overcome obstacles, creating a supportive and motivating environment.

Dynamics

The activity begins with a warm-up, and participants are divided into teams. Each team comes up with an original team name and war cry. They then have to overcome an action-packed circuit of challenges, competing against each other. Each challenge awards points, and the team with the highest score at the end of the activity is declared the winner.

Objectives

The activity promotes group cohesion, develops communication and leadership skills, and creates a supportive and motivating environment. Participants share a common goal and devise strategies to achieve it, working as a team through communication, creativity, skill, and trust to overcome each challenge.
