Mixology Masters

Creative contest where participants, divided into teams, become mixologists for a day, learning to prepare delicious cocktails. Each team will face challenges that will test their teamwork skills to gather the necessary ingredients and craft their cocktail proposal. Through the flavor of their creations and storytelling, the teams must convince the jury that they are the true Master Mixologists of the group.

Dynamics

The group is divided into teams of 5 to 8 participants, who face three teamwork challenges to gather the main ingredients for their cocktails. They then set up at their workstations and choose the main ingredients on their tablets. During the preparation, teams will receive challenges on their tablets and, if they complete them correctly, they will earn coins that can be exchanged for additional ingredients or decorative items. Next, they design a brief presentation for their proposal. Finally, a jury evaluates the cocktails and determines which team becomes the true master mixologist.

Gastronomy is an excellent way to develop skills like cohesion and teamwork in an original way.
The activity has a competition format to spark the team’s competitive spirit, but in an atmosphere of humor and fun.
Designed with challenges that encourage collaboration and participation, this experience also requires a lot of creativity to come up with innovative cocktail proposals and win over the jury.
