Paella Challenge

Discover who the team chef is with Paella Challenge, a flavorful culinary experience that combines teamwork with the art of gastronomy. During the activity, participants learn the secrets of authentic paella while working their colleagues to create it. First, teams compete for ingredients and utensils. Then, they follow the guidance of our expert chef to create their own version of this iconic Mediterranean recipe.

The teams are placed at their work tables where they have all the necessary material to cook their paella. At the beginning of the activity, they face small challenges to obtain different ingredients. Then, with the help of our chefs, each team defines a strategy to cook the best paella with the material obtained. Once the paellas are finished, we move on to the evaluation phase in which a jury from our team and people from your company will taste all the paellas and decide which one is the winner. Finally, you will be able to taste your paellas and those of your colleagues.
