Body Percussion Workshop

In Body Percussion Workshop, music becomes an integral experience through the art of making one’s own body sound. The dynamics fuse games, dynamics, songs, dances and rhythmic exercises to boost our sense of rhythm, concentration, coordination, memory and balance. In this playful and participatory environment, music is transformed into a unique sensory and collaborative experience, and invites us to express ourselves creatively through body percussion.

During the workshop, participants will explore the creation of rhythms through different parts of their body, including feet, thighs, breasts, hands, etc. The activity includes the performance of coordinated rhythms and melodies, accompanied by a specific choreography that allows the harmonious fusion of movements and sounds. Throughout the workshop, participants discover the sound potential of the body and its natural musicality, generating new tonalities. Finally, the experience allows us to create a unique composition that reflects the collaboration and collective creativity.
