Outdoor team building activities

In One Vision, teams collaborate to create a corporate mural made up of several canvases. Through teamwork dynamics, each group is responsible for gathering the materials and completing their section of the giant mosaic. At the end of the activity, all the pieces are joined together to bring to life a large collective painting that reflects the company's values, symbolizes the team's joint effort and can be displayed in the office.

A series of physical challenges designed to promote teamwork. Participants are divided into teams and compete against each other on a circuit made up of stations with challenges such as construction, agility, strategy, collaboration, etc.

An immersive investigative gymkhana where teams, equipped with iPads and a custom app, work together to solve three cases. Participants interrogate AI-created suspects, gather clues, inspect objects, and draw conclusions.

Paella Challenge team-based competition where teams obtain ingredients and cook a paella.Teams use a tablet to choose their products and unlock special ingredients by completing challenges.

Geolocated gymkhana that combines digital and physical challenges. Teams, equipped with tablets, embark on a route through different strategic points in a city or designated area. The route combines challenges using the tablet and stations with teamwork challenges.

Participants dive into the world of percussion, playing instruments with their mates. Guided by expert musicians, they work together to play a piece of music in unison and enjoy a unique team experience.

Workshop in which participants create melodies and rhythms using both their bodies and boomwhackers provided for the activity. Throughout the activity, they learn basic rhythmic patterns and body percussion techniques, which they then combine to build collective musical pieces.

A unique and energizing team-building experience inspired by the powerful Haka, the traditional Maori dance. Through dynamic activities and exercises based on its movements, rhythm and meaning, participants experience the value of collaboration, recognize the importance of each individual, and strengthen team bonds in an inspiring environment beyond the workplace.

An artistic experience that combines the fun and collaboration of team building with artistic expression. Participants face teamwork challenges that allow them to gather materials to create their own unique piece of art. Through collaborative challenges, teams will need to support each other to paint a canvas. At the end of the activity, each team will have a tangible result of their effort and joint work.
