What the activity is
Ultimate Team Quest is a competitive scavenger hunt consisting of brief team-building stations. Groups rotate through physical challenges such as a wooden tower, giant tangram, pipe circuit, magic carpet, tile river, or giant sack race.
How the experience feels
Each station brings a different surprise. The closeness among team members grows as new strategies emerge, hidden talents are discovered, and the group laughs at unexpected situations. The circuit keeps energy high and allows for very different profiles to stand out.
What makes it special
The challenges do not reward only physical condition. Each station requires a distinct combination of planning, coordination, and execution, so diverse profiles can become the key to the team.
The dynamics step by step
Team Identity
The team chooses a name and battle cry.
Stations
At each station, the team has time to plan and then to execute.
Rotation
Teams rotate until they complete all eight stations.
Closure
Results are announced, the winning team is revealed, and a group photo is taken.

What is included

What we need from the venue
- A large, preferably outdoor, private space.
- A safe surface and enough space to distribute the stations.

Setup
The eight stations are spread out in a large area, leaving safe corridors for the rotations. Teams start at different points and change stations following the marked direction.
