Collabo is an activity designed for people to meet each other and collaborate naturally. Participants mix in short challenges to earn resources and then organize themselves to collectively build a digital city that appears on a large screen.

Dynamics
Participants access a game application from their own devices. The dynamic alternates between collaborative challenges and construction moments. In each challenge, the app assigns different teammates and presents short tasks that award resources based on performance.
With the resources obtained, participants must meet and collaborate to complete buildings within the digital city. Construction activates when players gather the necessary resources and confirm the action from their devices. Each building appears instantly on the main screen, allowing everyone to see the collective progress in real time and the degree of coordination achieved by the group.
Objectives
Collabo aims to create a dynamic environment where people can interact naturally and connect with colleagues they do not usually meet. The activity promotes cross team collaboration, enhances communication and supports the creation of professional bonds through a shared common goal. It also strengthens coordination, active listening and joint decision making, essential elements in any corporate environment.
