Dynamics
The group is divided into teams of 5 to 8 participants who take their places at their work tables. Equipped with an iPad, they solve interactive puzzles and general knowledge quizzes, earning coins for their correct answers. With these coins, teams can purchase physical activities such as origami, construction, imitation, and dancing. Our facilitators will provide all the necessary materials for the teams to complete the challenges. The jury evaluates the results in real-time, and teams earn points based on their performance. The team that accumulates the most points by the end of the time is declared the winner.
Objectives
Clash of Teams is a fun activity that combines elements of gaming and spectacle, enhancing team spirit and a sense of belonging. The challenges are designed so that people with different profiles can contribute to the team. As time goes by, participants must rely on each member’s skills to overcome as many challenges as possible. Trust develops as challenges are successfully completed, and participants learn to appreciate each other’s diverse abilities. Additionally, the physical challenges require imagination and creative thinking.
