Dynamics
The group is divided into teams of 4 to 6 participants and they are distributed at tables in an indoor space with audiovisuals. Next, they have to overcome a series of mini-games. Participants start without knowing what to do. So they must discover how the suitcase controls work and organize themselves to get the highest score. Each test is designed so that the team collaborates using all the controls in the suitcase. At the end of the activity, the team with the most points is the winner.
Goals
The activity provides a collaborative game space to address the challenges proposed. By taking workers away from their usual environments and putting them in a playful situation, the ideal context is created to work on soft skills, reinforce skills, promote company values, etc. The best thing is that all of this happens organically while participants live a unique and fun experience with their colleagues. It is designed so that the team collaborates and the game itself analyzes the score achieved in each game test and, using a weighting algorithm, obtains an assessment of each teamwork competence demonstrated in the game. In this way, in addition to serving as an experience to enhance team dynamics, it also provides feedback on the development of the game and offers the opportunity to reinforce skills.
