SPARK81 is an immersive arcade game space where participants face challenges that test their teamwork skills. In each action room, there are exercises designed to encourage collaboration and decision-making. With a unique combination of technology and fun, teams must overcome digital challenges and compete against each other, demonstrating not only their individual skills, but also their ability to work cohesively with their teammates to achieve common goals.

Dynamics

The SPARK81 experience begins with the division of the group into teams and the presentation of the digital challenges they will have to complete, as well as the specific objective and functionalities of each task. Then, the teams move into their assigned room where they face a series of activities designed to test their teamwork, collaboration and decision-making skills. Once they have completed the challenges in each room, they meet to share their experiences, and the winning team is announced.

Objectives

SPARK81 promotes group cohesion, develops communication and leadership skills. It also creates a supportive and motivating environment. Participants share a common goal and plan their strategies to achieve it, working as a team through communication.
