What the activity is
COLLABO is a gamified experience in which all participants collaborate to build a digital city. During the activity, random teams are formed to overcome challenges and collect resources. Then, in the construction phase, each participant uses their mobile device to manage those resources and collaborate with others in the creation of buildings that will emerge in the city.
How the experience feels
Resource challenges help break the ice and put team problem-solving skills to the test. The construction phases turn into a small marketplace where new alliances constantly emerge. The more complex buildings require the collaboration of nearly everyone, creating moments of collective euphoria when they finally appear on screen.
What makes it special
It is an experience designed for networking, ideal for connecting individuals who do not typically work together. Participants frequently change partners throughout the experience, and during the construction phase, an environment is created that is highly conducive to new connections.
The client receives the final image of the digital city and a group photo taken in front of the collective result.
The dynamics step by step
Access to the game
Each participant joins from their own mobile device.
Resource phase
Participants are randomly assigned to the challenges of each roll-up and acquire resources based on their results.
Construction phase
With the resources obtained, participants seek alliances and complete buildings.
Game progress
Rounds repeat, and as objectives are achieved, new buildings are unlocked.
Special moment
To culminate the game, the entire group must face a special situation.
Closure
The completed city is celebrated with a group photo.

Setup
Open room with a free central area, visible screen or projector, and roll-ups distributed throughout the space. The setup must allow participants to move and change groups easily.
