Body Percussion Workshop
Workshop in which participants create melodies and rhythms using both their bodies and boomwhackers provided for the activity. Throughout the activity, they learn basic rhythmic patterns and body percussion techniques, which they then combine to build collective musical pieces.

The workshop begins with an initial icebreaker. Participants create melodies and rhythms using their bodies as instruments, through a group-based, playful, and participatory methodology based on games, interaction, and active listening. During the activity, exercises of different levels of difficulty are performed, and boomwhackers are incorporated to enrich the musical experience. At the end, there is a brief reflection on the dynamics of the activity and the importance of teamwork.
