A group of participants has been selected to demonstrate their capacity for human collaboration. They must discover how the bag works in each minigame and organize themselves to achieve the highest score.
SYNERGYK
What the activity is
SYNERGYK combines cooperative video gaming with a portable escape room. Teams receive a bag with multiple controls, but each minigame starts without instructions. They must discover what each control does, delegate functions, and synchronize to earn points. There are mazes, visual memory, ship control, snakes... Additionally, the system analyzes performance and generates a competency report for each team.
How the experience feels
Each challenge starts with a moment of discovery as the team understands how it works. Then it's time to organize and work like a well-oiled machine: all actions require coordination among at least two participants. The experience is filled with moments of revelation and collaboration.
What makes it special
Collaboration arises organically because the game makes it essential. The difficulty increases as participants gain confidence with the controls and improve their ability to solve challenges.
