A collaborative chain reaction
Each team designs a section of a large chain reaction featuring all kinds of mechanisms. The digital challenges allow for acquiring new pieces. The goal is to connect all the constructions and ensure that the movement travels from start to finish.

What the activity is
Domino Effect is a creative engineering challenge for teams. Each team must build a part of a circuit capable of transmitting motion from start to finish. To obtain materials, they solve general knowledge challenges on the iPad and earn virtual coins. The goal is to connect all sections into a single chain reaction.
How the experience feels
It starts with a more relaxed pace, with teams focused on creativity, designing their section, and collecting coins. As the constructions come to life, a phase of trial and error begins, along with coordination with the other teams. The final moment is spectacular: everything connects in a single chain reaction, showcasing each team's contribution to the overall result.
What makes it special
Combining creativity and execution, allowing each person to contribute from trivia, strategy, design, or assembly. The final result is fun, open, and free of unreachable expectations.
After the event, the photographs from each section of the circuit, the event photos, and the video of the final activation will be provided.
The dynamics step by step
We form the teams
Each team receives an iPad and positions itself at its construction segment.
Coins are earned
Teams solve general knowledge challenges to earn coins.
Materials are purchased
The team thinks of a design and how to invest its resources.
Construction
Each team designs, tests, and adjusts its section, coordinating it with neighboring groups.
Final activation
The initial push is given to see the complete chain in action.
Closure
The circuit is celebrated with a group photo.

Domino Effect to coordinate teams in different cities
A chain of gyms gathered weekly groups of about 60 people in different cities in Spain. The same chain reaction was adapted to hotel rooms and reinforced coordination during a change process.

Setup
The tables are arranged in a U or S shape, without chairs, to facilitate connections between segments. Two side tables are reserved for materials and a visible area for the final activation.
