Wine Lab is a blind tasting transformed into an investigation game. A specialist guides the group through four wines and their pairings, explaining how to observe color, aroma, texture, and flavor, while posing mini challenges for teams to compare perceptions. It’s not about demonstrating prior knowledge, but rather about learning to see, smell, taste, and decide together.
How the experience feels
The first glass arrives without a label. One participant recognizes a fruit, another perceives wood, and someone else questions the color. The team discusses their sensations, completes the challenge, and commits to a hypothesis. Each wine opens a different conversation, and the expert reveals insights that sharpen their perspective without diminishing the lightness of the experience.
