Improvisation Worskshop

Welcome to the exciting world of improvisation through this experiential workshop. Here, participants will have the opportunity to explore their creativity in real time, challenging limits and encouraging spontaneity. Guided by experts, they will take part in building stories, strengthening communication and boosting confidence, in a playful and fun environment.

Dynamics

Throughout the workshop, breathing and stress management techniques are explored through games and positive energy. In addition, simple ice-breaking exercises are incorporated, as well as improvisation games practices, contributing to create a participatory, trusting and enriching environment for all participants. In the second part of the workshop, some themes are proposed and roles are defined for a unique performance. Here, participants improvise their performances and become the scriptwriters.

Objectives

Improvisation and theater are powerful tools that contribute to enhance various communication skills, while encouraging imagination and social skills. This fun event is designed to unleash innovation, creativity and dynamic scenarios. Through the construction of scenes from their own imagination, participants stimulate emotional intelligence as well as the improvisation ability.
