One Vision is a creative activity where teams participate in the creation of a unique corporate mural. Each team works together to create different parts of a predefined mural, decorated with iconography provided by the client. The task is to paint each part of the mural in order to join the individual pieces together and create a masterpiece that can be exhibited. The key to success lies in making sure that the works fit together perfectly, highlighting the importance of teamwork, effective communication and collaboration.

The activity begins with an introduction followed by teams creation. Subsequently, the teams face some teamwork challenges in order to get the materials. Once they are equipped, the groups start to paint each part of the mural with attention. Finally, the individual pieces come to life as they are joined together, creating a unique collaborative masterpiece.
